Jette Büchsenschütz
Jette Büchsenschütz is doing her doctorate at the Free University of Berlin on participatory performance formats and the concept of practice. Before that she studied Sinology and Dance Science in Berlin and Hangzhou. She published regularly in the online magazines gallerytalk.net and PW-Magazine. She is editor in the curatorial platform Montag Modus in Berlin. In 2018 she was awarded the AICA Prize for Young Art Critics.
Anka Herbut
Anka Herbut is a writer, researcher, curator, and dramaturg working in the fields of choreography, dance, and performance. Constantly crossing the boundaries between artistic practice, theoretical reflection, and social engagement. Her practice evolves mainly around social choreographies, protests, and social dances as well as poetry and performativity of the language. In her ongoing research project Resistance Movements, she’s investigating what bodies do and what movement practices they use to express resistance. Co-host of the radio broadcast “Anyone who doesn’t jump” in the social Radio Kapitał, where she investigates resistance tools & strategies in dance and choreography. Working and living in Warsaw.
Fergus Johnson
Fergus Johnson is a performance and dance artist and yoga practitioner. They have collaborated in different artistic projects as dramaturge, performer, researcher, dance films maker, but also organized various dance, performance and music events. Recent collaborations include Bjornsonova collective, Naïma Mazic and NÏM company, Joni Barnard, Azzie McCuctheon and Elisa Purfürst, Liselotte Singer & Joni Barnard, Hana Kolić, Azzie McCutcheon etc.
Elena Novakovits
Elena Novaktovits is a dramaturge and curator from Greece and based in Brussels. She completed her master studies at the Utrecht University (MA Contemporary theatre, dance and dramaturgy) and at Goldsmiths, University of London (MA Culture Industry). Currently she is a co-curator of the online platform from stage to page and a curator of the project Infinite Potentials. She has collaborated with the choreographers Iris Karayan, Ioanna Paraskevopoulou, Tzeni Argyriou, Eleanor Bauer, and participated in numerous projects in Greece and abroad (Athens Fringe Festival, Spring Forward Festival, Spring Festival, Mir Festival, documenta14, Kalamata International Dance Festival…)
Maša Radi Buh
Maša completed her BA studies in sociology at the University of Ljubljana and MA studies of contemporary theatre, Dance and dramaturgy at the Utrecht University.
Currently she is co-editor for a national platform for theatre criticism Portal Kritika – 2021-2023 (and supported by Maska). She has been publishing articles on dance on various platforms, journals and radio stations. She is member of the Managerial Board of the Slovene Association for Contemporary Dance (2021- 2023) and of the Executive Committee of the Association of Slovenian Theatre Critics and Researchers (2021- 2025).
Kasia Wolinska
Kasia Wolinska a choreographer, dancer, and writer born in Gdańsk but living in Berlin. A graduate of the Dance Department at Music Academy, Łódź, Cultural Anthropology Department at University of Łódź and Dance, Context, Choreography Program at HZT Berlin. She has collaborated with, among others, worked with Agata Siniarska, Anna Nowicka, Rosalind Crisp, Anton Vidokle, Gosia Wdowik, Rafał Dominik. In the years 2013-2018, she ran a performative project Hi Mary. Starting from 2018, she has been writing a blog on dance and politics www.danceisaweapon.com. Together with Faerieda Sandstrom she founded The Future Body At Work. Since 2019 she has been a board member of ZTB e.V., the organization representing the interests of the free stage scene in Berlin.
